Thanks to Dr Campbell and his team! I was able to get an appointment time that fit into my busy schedule. Dr Campbell provided a very thorough exam and was amazing at explaining what he was doing every step of the process. Emily let me know it would be about 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when they came in early. This was so easy I would recommend finally getting your eyes checked. Thank you!

They are a lifesaver! I was in town for a cruise and my daughter accidentally unpacked my glasses and contacts! I called their office at 9am on a Saturday, the morning of my cruise departure and Anna was able to get me a free trial pair of contacts to last me through my cruise! Outstanding customer service! They could have just turned me away, but they did not. This is a business that knows the true value of customer service! Thank you again!

Excellent customer service. Stopped by here today after arriving to work and having my glasses break. They had me fixed and back to work in less time than it took me to walk there. They also have a great selection of designer eyeglasses that I haven’t seen in other places around Seattle. Will definitely check them out when my prescription is up later this year.

From my first call, the interaction was great. The woman that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. They sent me a link to fill in my forms online ahead of time, so I didn't have to do anything once I arrived. They are open on Saturday one day a month, which is super helpful. They also greeted me with the option of a drink when I came. Dr. Campbell was great. He explained everything that he was doing and explained what everything meant. It's the most thorough exam that I've ever had. I'll be back and highly recommend. They also have a great selection of glasses.

Nice glasses selection and amazing, friendly service! I needed a quick repair done on my glasses after a screw fell out. After calling in, I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and they were able to quickly make the repair I needed, adjusted the arms to fit better, and provided me with a new case for my glasses. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I received was complimentary! Will definitely come back here when I’m in the market for a new pair of glasses.
